Red Wood Forest

For Labor Day, we drove up to Santa Cruz and went to the Henry Cowell State Park. It has beautiful hiking trails and a great place to have a picnic. Jacob loved running on the trail and Zoe loved leaning back as far as she could to look at the trees. Here are some pictures. I hope everyone had a great holiday.

Those trees are amazing. How cool that you got to go there. Boyd and I really need to plan a trip there sometime soon. That would be so great to see you. I love looking at your blog and hello! I know what an "underdog" is. It must be a family thing :). I got to see your mom when I went home to Arkansas. I love her. It was so good to see her and chat with her. I missed you though. I was wishing you were there with us. Give me a call sometime when you get a chance.
