Day 2 of running I ran/walked 2.2 miles. I did notice that my achilles tendons are hurting! That has to do with my 5 finger shoes. I need to walk more to strengthen my feet and tendons before they can handle all the running. I still intend to run, I just need to strengthen first.

Good for you, Kristin! I started running about three weeks ago. I've run a lot of 5Ks, but am going to try to train for the half-marathon that's here in SS in October. It's hard, but it's worth it! You'll be addicted before long!
I hope you are right Becca! Running would be a good thing to be addicted to!
